We host killer conversations in a fireside chat format featuring men and women who are doing awesome, ambitious, difficult things. The goal is to learn from people who are walking the walk. You can listen to these sessions later on our socials — but the best way to participate is to join live so you can plug into the energy of a virtual room filled with like-minded leaders. Many of us feel like we need that.

Nobody succeeds alone. We all know that. So we want to give you a way to connect with the other people who are trying to do hard things in their lives. We’ll start with an open Discord community, and we’ll evolve this piece of the project based on your input. The interesting challenge will be to protect the quality of the interactions as the community grows in size. That’s one of those hard things we’re committed to.

We’re intrigued about the idea of creating membership tokens and we’ve worked with a some visual artist friends to create a series that we feel captures this blend of imagination and grit that is the Hardhats way of living and working. We’ll introduce this soon. It’s an experiment. We welcome input from folks who want to help us define this further. We think tokens can help ensure quality conversations and connections.
